Reach the People Who Need You Most
Power the Harvest brings together a uniquely engaged audience of farmers, ranchers, landowners, and clean energy advocates who are actively exploring solar, agrivoltaics, and farm technology. There is no better place to connect with this community.

An Engaged, Mission-Aligned Audience
Every attendee is a farmer, landowner, rancher, or solar advocate actively seeking products, services, and solutions. This is not a general trade show, it is a focused, high-intent community united by a shared mission.
Direct Access to Decision-Makers
Landowners making 35 to 50 year solar lease decisions, farmers investing in new equipment, and community leaders exploring agrivoltaics are all in the room. Your booth puts you in front of the people who matter.
Brand Visibility & Community Trust
Being present at Power the Harvest signals your commitment to land stewardship and the clean energy transition. That credibility extends far beyond the conference floor.
Curated, Not Crowded
We carefully select vendors whose products and services genuinely serve the agricultural and clean energy community. This keeps the vendor floor relevant, respected, and valuable for both exhibitors and attendees.

Vendor FAQ
Who can apply to be a vendor?
Any business, organization, or individual whose products or services serve farmers, landowners, ranchers, or the clean energy community. We welcome all vendors who are aligned with the mission of sustainable agriculture and solar energy education.
When will pricing be confirmed?
Booth pricing will be announced once the venue and conference date are finalized. By submitting your interest now, you will be among the first notified and will receive early-bird consideration before spots are opened to the general public.
Can I sell food at the conference?
Yes. Food and beverage vendors are a core part of the Power the Harvest experience. All food vendors must comply with applicable local health department requirements and provide proof of any required permits. Details will be provided upon acceptance.
What is the application and selection process?
Submit the interest form below. Our team will review all applications and contact you within 2 to 3 weeks. We carefully curate the vendor floor to ensure relevance and quality for our attendees, so not all applications may be accepted.
Can nonprofits and educational organizations exhibit?
Absolutely. We offer a Community Table tier specifically designed for nonprofits, educational institutions, government agencies, and advocacy organizations. We believe information and resources are just as valuable as products.
What if I want to sponsor rather than just exhibit?
Sponsorship and exhibiting can be combined. Our Title Sponsor tier includes significant exhibitor benefits alongside broader conference branding. Contact us directly at knowledge@blackmangreenplan.com to discuss custom sponsorship packages.
Will there be electricity available at booths?
Electrical access will depend on the venue. This information will be confirmed and communicated to accepted vendors before the event. Please note your power requirements in the interest form so we can plan accordingly.
